Maintenance contracts can be all-inclusive parts and labor "If it breaks, we fix it" or labor-only "We fix it but you pay for the parts". You choose the service options that serve your needs best. Time and Material, or T&M, is a typical Parts and labor service scenario. You call Parity when you have a problem. There is no standing contract, and you are billed for parts and labor at out standing rate. Contract Customers receive priority service over this type of call, but there is no recurring bill.
