Contract maintenance enables efficient budgeting of your hardware maintenance costs and assures the highest level of service availability - our standard contract calls for a maximum response time of 4 working hours. Consumables are not included, of course. User installable maintenance items are considered consumables. If you are getting a message such as "user maintenance required" this is usually a part or kit the user can install without tools. However, Parity will install these items for contract customers with no labor charge and minimal parts charges. Any failed parts not customarily considered consumables are replaced at NO charge under our maintenance contract.
Service contracts are available in standard 8-5 M-F or 24/7/365 day formats. Our pricing is highly competitive because we keep our overhead low. We maintain a limited area of service to keep out travel time and costs down. Maintenance contract quotes are available free of charge if you supply an equipment list.
