Parity
Hardware Services was founded in May of 2003 by
James D. Eads, a Tennessee native with over 20 years of personal experience in
on-site computer hardware maintenance.
Parity's business model is based on the high service standards and focus on customer relationships originally offered to Middle Tennessee by Computer Services of Tennessee. Owned and operated in Cookeville, TN for many years by his father, Howard Eads, CST became well-known for integrity as well as technical expertise. Supporting manufacturing and banking industries in a territory spanning from Pulaski & Newport in Tennessee to Glasgow Kentucky, "We make it right" and "If it breaks, we fix it" were the themes CST operated on every day.
CST closed in 1990 and James went to work for another independently owned maintenance company which was subsequently taken over by a large corporation. Eventually tiring of the "company politics" and the cold, corporate style with which management dealt with both their customers and employees, James left the company in 2003 to found Parity Hardware Services.
Today James, with his wife Nancy and daughter Jessica are operating Parity with the original values and ideals which served his family and customers so well in the days of CST. If this sounds like the kind of company you like to do business with, why not take a few minutes to explore our website, and learn a little more about Parity Hardware Services?
